Fiduciaries

Our Philosphy

In addition to the precise legal instructions of the trust or will, a strong moral ethic is necessary when acting as steward of another’s life savings. A fiduciary’s responsibility extends to a much deeper level than simply reading the black and white. Trustees must make wise and quick financial and legal decisions on behalf of the trust, always adhering closely to the trustmaker’s wishes. Unlike the big banks, we will always avoid any self-dealing or conflict of interest which would nullify any fiduciary relationship. To us, the Christian Faith represents this essential moral ethic and guides our decision making.

Our fiduciary responsibility also includes prompt and empathetic communication with the beneficiaries. We take our responsibility seriously to provide those we serve with accurate and timely information regarding the administration of the trust. As trustees, we will always keep the beneficiaries informed and provide a copy of the trust when requested.
